How to make a two channel wireless robot at your home







Easy steps to make a wireless robot

Here comes with the next level of my recent post,make your own wireless robot which can move forward,backward and left ,right.
You will need some components which are easily available at hobbyking.com.

Now comming to the tools...
Tools we need

1. Soldering iron
2. Wire cutter
3. One sided tape
4. Plier
5. Screw driver
6. Glue gun (not really necessary)
7. Double sided tape



Components we need

1. 12V DC motors *2
2. Chassis *1
3. Wheels *4
4. Rainbow wire(only for connecction)
5. Dpdt box*1
6. Dpdt switches*2
7. 12V battery
8. 9V battery
9. Relay circuit board
10. Wireless receiver
11. Wireless sender
12. Battery connector 
13. Double sided foam tape
14. Dead axel


Steps to be followed


Step-1

Assemble all the motors on the chassis and connect the motors as shown in the figure.




Assemble two wheels with the help of dead axle insted of using castro wheel.



Step-2

Now connect the dpdt switches with the wire with the sender.Then put the dpdt(s) on the dpdt box as well as the sender.







 Step-3
Now coming to the bot.After assembling all the motors and connect the motor1 and motor2 with the relay circuit board.



Step-4
Its time to connect the relay circuit board and the receiver.Connect the signal wires and power plug as shown in the figure. 


Step-5
Now mount both the relay circuit board and the receiver on to the bot by the help of double sided foam tape as shown in the figure. 

Step-6
Now mount the battery on the bot by applying double sided foam tape and connect the battery to the receiver by the help of battery connector. 





Step-7
After that power up the remote by connecting 9V DC battery.Here is the battery connecting point of the sender.Solder 9V battery connector on it and connect it to the battery.






Step-8
Set both the receiver and sender decoder at same numeric digits.Push the little button up side to set the numeric digits.






Step-5
I add a LED board(NEON 2.0) to make it more attractive.
